Lamb Masala
Ingredients
- oil for browning
- 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1 cup(s) tomatoes, canned , or 3 fresh

- ½ cup(s) dried apricots, chopped (or substitute golden raisins)
- 1 pound(s) boneless lamb, cubed
- salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) ginger root, grated (or substitute 1 tsp. ground ginger)
- ½ teaspoon(s) ground cloves
