Lamb Meatballs with Lemon-Cumin Yogurt
Ingredients
- Zest of 1 medium lemon, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 7 ounces whole-milk Greek yogurt
- For the yogurt::
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- ¼ cup finely chopped white onion
- 1 pound ground lamb
- For the meatballs::
