Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (14.5-ounce) cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
  • 4 (12-ounce) lamb shanks, trimmed
  • ¾ cup dry red wine
  • The 5 ingredients:
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle lamb with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
