Lamb Skewers with Hot Mint and Pistachio Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 ounces tender boneless lamb shoulder
- 2 garlic cloves
- white Cayenne
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup pistachio nuts
- black Cayenne
- Salt

1. Cut the lamb into 1 inch cubes. Place in a Ziploc bag and add the rest of the ingredients. Seal and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour. 2.
