Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce (15 ¾ ounce)
- ¼ cup(s) Parmesan Cheese
- ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 ½ cup(s) Ricotta cheese
- ½ cup(s) shredded carrots
- 1 package(s) chopped spinach, chopped
- 8 piece(s) curly edged lasagna noodles
- + 3 more ingredients

- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
Cook noodles as directed. Drain spinach. Mix spinach, carrots, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, egg and 2 T. Parmesan cheese. Spread spinach mixture onto noodles and roll-up. Place in baking dish. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350° for 35 minutes.
