Latin Cole Slaw


  • 1 cup(s) finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ cup(s) olive oil
  • 4 lemons, juiced
  • 1 dash(s) salt
  • 1 head(s) cabbage, shredded or coleslaw package mix. (large head)
  • 1 cup(s) Chopped Tomatoes

Place the cilantro, red pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor, and process until cilantro and pepper are finely chopped.
