  • 4 pounds ripe pears (such as Bartlett or Anjou)
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Butter Pie Crust Dough
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon milk
    • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • ½ cup golden brown sugar
