Lavender Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons plus 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 pounds ground lamb
  • 2 cups diced onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
    • 1 tablespoon ground dried lavender
    • 2 cups breadcrumbs
    • 4 large eggs
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

In sauté pan add 2 tablespoons olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add onions and garlic sautéing until tender. Remove from heat. Fold in rosemary and lavender.
