  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh lavender leaves
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Lavender blooms (optional)
  • 1 cup water

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Let stand 30 minutes.
