Layer Salad 6

Ingredients

• 1 head(s) lettuce, washed, drained well and chopped up
• 1 package(s) baby spinach, washed and drained well (small pkg)
• 6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled, chopped
• 1 chopped onion (optional)
• 1 cup(s) frozen peas, thawed
• 1 can(s) water chestnuts, sliced and drained (small can)
• 8 ounce(s) Swiss cheese, cut into julienne strips
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 8 ounce(s) thick-sliced ham, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 pound(s) bacon,

Layer the ingredients as follows in a clear bowl: Baby spinach Eggs Salt and pepper Lettuce Onion, if used Water chestnuts Ham Peas Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, some salt and pepper. Spread on top. Add Swiss cheese next and top with crumbled bacon. Chill.
