Leeks à la Grecque (Greek-Style Leeks)

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano
- ¼ cup (1 ounce) feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped pitted kalamata olives
- 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
- 4 leeks (about 2 pounds)
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh marjoram

Preheat oven to 400°. Remove roots, outer leaves, and tops from leeks, leaving 1 1/2 to 2 inches of dark leaves.
