  • 3 large ears corn, kernels removed
  • 3 large leeks
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
