Ingredients

• 3 cup(s) potatoes (after ricing)
• 2 tablespoon(s) cream
• 5 tablespoon(s) melted butter
• 1 cup(s) flour

Cook potatoes night before and refrigerate. Put potatoes through ricer and mix all ingredients together. Add more flour if needed. Roll into small balls then roll out thin on floured surface.
