Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) flour
• 6 cup(s) cooked potatoes, riced, packed
• 1 cup(s) Whipping Cream
• 4 tablespoon(s) crisco

Combine hot potatoes and crisco; cool. Add cream and flour; mix well. Use pastry cloth to roll thin and add flour while rolling to 6 inch rounds.
