Ingredients

  • Boil potatoes,drain; while potatoes are still hot add
  • 8 cup(s) mashed potatoes, red
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 6 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
  • 1 stick(s) butter or margarine

Using electric mixer, mix until perfectly mixed. Dough can have absolutely no lumps. Measure out to make sure you have 8 cups. Let cool and place in fridge overnight covered.
