Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2-½ oz. (2/3 cup) cake flour
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from 4 to 6 lemons)
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
