Ingredients

  • shortbread base
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • ¾ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl whisk together eggs and granulated sugar until combined well and stir in lemon juice and flour. Pour lemon mixture over hot shortbread.
