Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • Panna cotta:
  • 1 ½ tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 3 cups low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup whole milk

    • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
    • Sauce:

    • ½ cup apple juice
