Ingredients

  • 9 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 8 large fresh basil sprigs

    • 11/12 cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    • ¾ cup matzo cake flour
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 muffin pan with 12 (1/2-cup) muffin cups
