Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Zest of ½ lemon, optional
  • 2 10-oz. packages frozen spinach
  • 4 flounder fillets (about 6 oz. each)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
