Lemon-Garlic Broiled Flounder with Spinach
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 10-oz. packages frozen spinach
- 4 flounder fillets (about 6 oz. each)
- Zest of ½ lemon, optional
