    • ½ cup water
    • 6 large eggs
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 2 cups whipping cream
    • ¼ teaspoon salt

Whisk first 4 ingredients in medium metal bowl. Set bowl over saucepan of simmering water (do not allow bottom of bowl to touch water).
