Lemon Mascarpone Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ½ teaspoons of lemon zest
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
