Lemon Mascarpone Brown Butter Tortellini


  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 8 ounces, weight Mascarpone Cheese
  • 3 whole Fresh Sage Leaves
  • 8 Tablespoons Butter
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ pounds Tortellini

Prepare tortellini according to package directions. In a medium-sized pan, brown the butter with the sage leaves. Do not leave this unattened as it quickly turns from golden brown to burnt.
