Lemon Mascarpone Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 ounces white baking chocolate
- ¼ cup orange marmalade
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¾ cup cold water
- ½ cup boiling water
- ¾ cup coarsely chopped dried apricots

- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cartons (8 ounces each) Mascarpone cheese
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- FILLING:
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1-½ cups biscotti crumbs (about 8 biscotti)
