Lemon Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
