Lemon Melt aways

Ingredients

• ¾ cup(s) powdered sugar
• ¹/₃ cup(s) powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
• ½ cup(s) corn starch
• 1 teaspoon(s) grated lemon peel
• ¾ cup(s) Butter
• Frosting
• + 4 more ingredients
• • 1 ¼ cup(s) flour
  • ¼ cup(s) butter
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Lemon Peel

In large bowl combine all cookie ingredients, beat slow for 2 to 3 minutes. Divide dough in half and roll into 8" x 1" roll, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. With sharp knife cut roll into 1/4" thick slices. Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 8 to 12 minutes. Cookies will not brown....
