  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • Lemon Icing
  • 2 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • ½ cup unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, cornstarch, nutmeg and salt in medium bowl; whisk to blend.
