  • ½ cup coarsely chopped Marcona almonds or roasted regular almonds
  • 2 pounds green beans
  • Coarse kosher salt
  • Nonstick vegetable oil spray
  • 6 large fresh marjoram sprigs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Position 1 rack in top third and 1 rack in bottom third of oven and preheat to 450°F. Spray 2 large rimmed baking sheets with nonstick spray.
