Lemon Zest Vinaigrette


  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 1 tablespoon white corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoon grated lemon zest (from about 2 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoon Champagne vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
