Lemon Zest
Ingredients
- 1 lemon twist
- 1 ounce chilled lemon soda
- Ice
- ½ ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce gin
- ¾ ounce palo cortado or amontillado sherry
- + 1 more ingredients

- 1 ounce Cognac
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon soda and lemon twist. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Stir in the lemon soda. Flame the twist over the drink, then drop it in.
