Lemon Zucchini Bread


  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cup grated zucchini
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 eggs
