Lemonade Coconut Milkshakes


  • Coconut Flake
  • chopped Macadamia Nuts
  • Homemade Whipped Cream
  • 2 ounces 1% Plain, Unsweetened Kefir
  • pinch of ground Ginger
  • ½ to 1 dropper full Vanilla Stevia Drops, adjust to taste ~ or your favorite natural sweetener
  • 5 ounces Ice
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (about 1 lemon), adjust to taste
    • 8 ounces Unsweetened Light Coconut Milk

1. Blend all ingredients in your blender. 2. For adults you can add a splash of rum, vodka or spirit of your choice. 3. This recipe can easily be made vegan. Swap out the kefir for more coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc.
