Lemony Walnut-Crusted Fish Fillets

Ingredients

• 1 pound cod or halibut fillets, about 1 inch thick

• 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

• ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
• ¼ cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves
• 2 small slices whole wheat bread
