  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Cooking & Baking sticks
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
