Light Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 fat-free sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 eggs plus 4 egg whites
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
    • 1 ½ cups confectioner’s sugar
    • 1 Tb milk
