LIME SQUARES

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) fresh lime juice
• 1 fat free sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce )
• 2 egg yolks (large)
• ¼ cup(s) sugar
• 1 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
• 4 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 350°. Brush 8" square baking dish with melted butter. Line bottom with parchment paper, leaving 2" overhang on two opposite sides. Blend butter with cracker crumbs and sugar.
