LIME STUFF
Ingredients
- 1 ounce(s) Cool whip
- 1 package(s) lime jello (small package)
- 1 cup(s) small curled cottage cheese
- 1 ounce(s) cream cheese, soften
- 1 can(s) pineapple chunks, drained (small can)
- ½ cup(s) pecans chopped
You can use any flavor of jello that you like to make different flavors. You can also use sugar-free jello too. Great for a sweet treat if on a diet. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, cool whip and jello in a medium bowl until mixed well. Stir in pineapple chunks and pecans. Refrigerate.
