Lime Sugar Cookies


  • Zest of 2 limes (about 2 tablespoons)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 large egg yolks, at room temperature*
  • 2 cups sugar, divided
  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
