Lime Sugar Cookies


  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large egg yolks, at room temperature*
  • Zest of 2 limes (about 2 tablespoons)
  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup sour cream
