Limey Plum Mango Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
- 3 T fresh lime juice
- 3 c low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ¾ c light brown sugar
- 1 c chopped, peeled mango
- 2 c chopped, pitted plums
- 1 t finely grated lime rind
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Cover and chill until very cold. 3. Freeze in an ice cream freezer following manufacturer's instructions. 4. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer container and freeze. Makes about 6 cups. Serves 8.
