  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds broccoli
