Linguine with Cauliflower, Garlic, and Bread Crumbs

  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 head cauliflower (about 2 1/2 pounds), cut into small florets
  • ½ teaspoon dried red-pepper flakes
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 6 cloves garlic, minced
    • 6 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 pound linguine
