Linguine with Clam Sauce

  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley or 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 (6 1/2-ounce) cans minced clams, undrained
  • ¼ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
