  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ cup pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound grape or cherry tomatoes

    • ¼ pound shallots
    • 3 pounds collard greens
    • 10 bacon slices
    • 1 pound dried linguine
