  • ¾ cup parsley
  • 1 ½ pounds crimini mushrooms
  • 6 large garlic cloves
  • 3 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 16 ounces linguine
