Linguine with Paprikash Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces linguine
  • 2 medium red bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sour cream

    • 4 teaspoons sweet Hungarian paprika
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
    • 1 cup canned vegetable broth
