Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 ¼ cups fresh basil
  • 16 Kalamata olives
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • ¼ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite. Drain, reserving 1 cup cooking liquid. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
