  • 6 ounces uncooked linguine
  • 1 ½ cups chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • Fresh basil sprigs (optional)
