Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 6 green onions
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
