M & M Caramel Bars

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon(s) salt
• 40 caramels
• CRUST:
• 3 tablespoon(s) margarine
• 1 cup(s) M & M chocolate candies
• 1 cup(s) oatmeal
• ¾ cup(s) margarine
• + 5 more ingredients
• • ¾ cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • TOPPING:
  • 4 tablespoon(s) milk
