Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1-½ oz. (3 Tbs.) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2-¼ oz. (¾ cup) unsweetened cocoa powder (natural or Dutch processed)
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1-½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 6 oz. (12 Tbs.) unsalted butter, cut into large chunks
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 1-½ oz. (1/3 cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    • 2 large eggs
    • ¼ tsp. table salt
    • 1-½ cups roughly chopped salted macadamia nuts
    • 2 large eggs
    • ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    • 1-½ cups granulated sugar
    • 3-½ oz. (¾ cup) unbleached all-purpose flour

Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 325°F. Line the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil, leaving some overhang on the sides, and spray with cooking spray.
