  • 4-½ oz. (1 cup) finely chopped lightly salted macadamia nuts
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. table salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
